Locum Income Tracker helps users track locum shifts, clinics, payments, pending payments, and received income.

The app is designed for single-user locum income tracking using the user's own Google account and Google files.

The app uses Google OAuth to authenticate users and request access only for the Google services needed to run the tracker.

Google profile details, such as name and email address, may be used to set up the user's profile and report headers.

The app accesses Google Sheets to create, read, and update the user's own Locum Income Tracker spreadsheet.

The app uses limited Google Drive file access for the tracker spreadsheet. It does not request broad Sheets access.

The user's Google Sheet is the source of truth for profile, clinics, rate presets, shifts, payments, dashboard values, reports, and settings.

Locum shift and payment records are not stored in an external database.

The app requests the limited Google Drive file scope to create or find the user's Locum Income Tracker spreadsheet.

The app only accesses tracker files created by the app or files the user explicitly selects, opens, or shares with the app.

Drive access is used for app setup and spreadsheet discovery. The app does not request broad Drive access and does not browse unrelated files.

The app accesses Google Calendar only to create, update, or delete shift reminder events requested through the app.

Calendar is used for schedule reminders. Income and rate details are not included in Calendar events by default.

Google access tokens are used only to perform requested app actions, such as creating the tracker spreadsheet, saving a shift, recording a payment, syncing a Calendar event, or exporting a CSV report.

Access tokens are not shown in the app interface.

Google user data is used only to provide requested app functionality: sign-in, profile setup, tracker spreadsheet setup, shift and payment tracking, CSV report generation, and Calendar shift reminders.

Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, unrelated business purposes, or AI model training.

Locum Income Tracker does not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, or unrelated business purposes.

Google user data may only be processed by service providers necessary to operate the app, such as hosting, authentication, session, database, or infrastructure providers.

These providers are used only to deliver the app's functionality and are not permitted to use Google user data for their own purposes.

Locum shift, clinic, payment, and income records are not shared with other users by the app.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Google user data, including HTTPS encryption, Google OAuth authentication, limited OAuth scopes, access controls, secure environment variable storage, and regular review of app permissions.

Google API calls are made from server-side routes. Google access tokens are not exposed in client-side app code or shown in the app interface.

The app avoids logging sensitive financial records, OAuth tokens, full CSV contents, or private notes.

Locum tracker records remain in the user's own Google Sheet until the user edits or deletes them.

Calendar events created by the app remain in the user's Google Calendar until deleted by the user or removed through app actions.

Users can delete their Locum Income Tracker spreadsheet, delete Calendar events, clear browser data, or revoke Google access at any time.

After Google access is revoked, the app can no longer read or update the user's tracker spreadsheet or Calendar events unless the user grants access again.

Users can revoke the app's Google access at any time from their Google Account permissions page.

After access is revoked, the app may no longer be able to read or update the user's tracker spreadsheet or Calendar events.
